Quantum Laboratories Official Opening
The new laboratory was officially opened by Mr Phil Willis MP, Chairman of the influential House of Commons Science and Technology Select Committee.
Welcoming this important addition to the campaign to tackle drug abuse on the streets and in the workplace, Mr Willis said:
"Drug use and drug abuse has become an all too common phenomena in today's complex society and has a significant effect on individual and business performance. Testing that is tailored to individual situations, offering maximum flexibility with high levels of accuracy is crucial in the fight against drug misuse.
"I have a long standing interest in the fight against drug abuse both as an educationalist and a politician. The drive to have drug free workplaces, schools and other organisations by increasing testing regimes is a win for employers and a win for individuals.
