Climate change is a concern that affects all of us worldwide, and here at Quantum we have taken measures to lessen the impact that operating our business has on the environment.
Over the last 12 months we have:
• Introduced recycling stations at our premises ensuring that glass, office paper, drink bottles and printer cartridges are separated and recycled.
• Upgraded our waste collection service so that cardboard and paper generated from shipping and packing our products is recycled. This has reduced by 60% the amount of waste from our site being taken to landfill.
• Reduced the plastic in our Oral Fluid Lab Kits by 33%.
• Made our product inserts, step by step guides and other documentation available to download from our website, reducing the material we print.
• Introduced double sided printing for our internal documents.
• Replaced our standard office paper with a 100% recycled alternative.
